Jumbo PP recycle line is specially designed for crushing washing and drying waste PP bags, jumbo bag, woven bags and so on.
Capacity: 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h
Recycling process: Belt conveyor - Plastic crusher - Friction dewater - High speed friction washer - Floating washing tank - Screw discharger - High speed friction washer - Floating washing tank -Screw discharger - High speed dewater machine - Air conveying system - Hopper. (According to impurities different, configuration is different)
Application: Waste jumbo PP bags in our life. The recycled material is widely used to make granules.

Plastic crusher
Plastic crusher is working with water with pre-washing function. High quality blade with long working life. According to different capacity, we have different models.
Crusher with friction dewater
Friction dewater with function of friction washing and dewatering dirty water. It removes most of dirty water in material after crushing.
High speed friction washer
Long working length. It with three functions: 1) dirty water removing. 2) Clean water friction washing. 3) friction dewatering.
The rotating speed reach 2000rpm. SKF bearing. For PP film, final moisture content is around 8-10%. For PET flakes, moisture content is 1.8%.

1. Do you have engineer service to the customer factory?
Yes, engineer service is allowed.
2. How can I get the after service?
In warranty period, we will send you the spare parts for free if the problems caused by us. If the problem is caused by wrong operation, we supply the spare part in cost price.
3. How long is the warranty period?
One year since date on bill of loading.
4. Do you have inspection procedure for the machine?
All equipment is 100% self inspection before delivery.
