PP, PE material recycling machine can crush, wash, dewater and dry waste PP, PE material. Main production flowing as follows: belt conveyor with metal detector→crusher→friction washing machine→screw loader→forced screw loader→steam cleaner→screw loader→friction washing machine→washing tank→ screw loader→plastic rubbing machine→storage hopper You can get clean PP, PE material flakes after this production line, then, it can directly go to granulating machine to make granules. The biggest feature of our machine is our drying system. The last moisture of our produce can be 3%-5%.Normally drying system moisture is about 10%-15%.And at the same time, our drying system can save about 60KW for you compare with the original drying system.

PP/PE films is an available raw material in our life. Normally PP/PE films will use in granulating machine. And PP/PE granules. It can use in different production lines to be using materials for our life. Also it’s a protective for environment of recycling waste PP/PE films
