Pass box for clean room
PASS BOX is one kind of facilities, which located on partition walls of clean room and its function shall be a buffer area for transferring goods between inside and outside of clean room. So that, it can prevent any disturbance of airflow and air pressure in clean room, which caused by the door opening for goods transferring. Furthermore, it can reduce the time for operators¡¯ moving in and out, to prevent any dust coming from the out regions. That¡¯s why there is one interlock guard system controlled the inlet and the outlet of PASS BOX not be opened at the same time, in order to prevent the cross contamination.
Featurs:
1.Body of the case is made of high-grade steel by folding and welding and its surface is treated with
anti-corrosino and lacquered.
2.With the interlock function,electrical interlock or mechanical interlock is optional.
3.Showering and cleaning function are optional.
4.UV light is optional.
5.All SUS design is optional.
6.Window type,desk type and floor type are optional.
7.Interphone is optional.
8.Unpowered or powered roller convey function is optional.
9.Material: Cold rolled steel, SUS#201 OR 304, Galvalume
