Introduction
Multi-linkage stainless steel solvent filter, this is an integrative filter with reasonable structure and beautiful contour and without wedding spots. It is equipped with separate valve so that it can filter single sample or multiple samples at the same time so as to save time when testing a lot of samples. ”KINGDAK” solvent filter made with 316L stainless steel has the characteristics of acid-resistance, alkali resistance, fast filtering speed, long service life, reasonable structure, easily cleaning and operating. It can be widely used in the fields of chemical industry, biochemical pharmacy, environmental protection, food and beverage etc. When filtering in conjunction with “KINGDAK” maintenance-free and oil-free vacuum pump, an efficient operation can be done.
Characteristics
*the kind of solvent filter is made with 316L stainless steel and has the characteristics of acid-resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. It can be also used under high temperature of 180°C for sterilizing and disinfecting. An aluminum support is designed reasonably and also is convenient to make connection between filter bowls and filter head so as to insure tightness and prevent gas or liquid from leaking. At the same time, this support is convenient for high temperature sterilizing so as to insure that the analysis result is correct and reliable.
*Stainless steel screen may insure that the filter membrane will not be broken or holed so as to insure correct test result to the sample. Besides, it is easily disassembled and cleared.
