Technical Parameter of laboratory Grate Mill

Laboratory Grate Mill S12 is provided for mineral processing research organization and pilot plant for continued grinding operation,and study and determination of indexes of ore grindability in tests of mineral feasibility study.It also can be provided for beneficiation plant as grinding equipment or other industries as fine material gringing equipment.The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources,in compliance with the Industrial standards.

According to the materials handled by the nature and size characteristics of the pulverized product specific requirements, optional three different processes, respectively grinding: 1. Pre-grinding, inspection classification; 2. Pre-graded sand and then back to grind ; 3. start grinding.

Grinding and classification unit contains a lattice-type ball joint, spiral classifier, tilting feeder, screw conveyor, can be continuous closed-circuit grinding work

According to different requirements of mineral nature, can choose three different grinding processes, a pre-grinding, inspection classification 2, pre-grading, back to sand in the mill, 3, started grinding
