- This product can cold press different kinds of scrap iron, steel cuttings, copper scrap, iron powder, smelting additives, sponge iron to cylinder cake, the cylinder cake's high density weight can reach 3-6kgs. The raw iron cake can be used in the iron furnace directly, the density will be 5t per square meter.
- According to the users' experience, if put 30% raw iron cake mix with the raw iron to the furnace, it can save $50 each ton of casting; if uses 100% raw iron cake instead of raw iron, it can save $100 per ton after reforming the cupola furnace. This machine will bring very considerable benefits for the casting factory, for examle, sponge iron can be pressed easily by our product.
