5XZC-15DXA Quinoa seed processing cleaning machine
Features
1- The machine's sifting is based on aerodynamics and the surface speed differences between seeds and impurities, adjusting air current of the seeds. As impurities are light, they are sucked into the ejection chamber, while seeds are heavy and they are transferred into the vibrating sift having passed through air sifting.
2- The vibrating screen has four layer sieves with five exits which eject large impurities, small impurities and seeds respectively.The vibration screen is used for separating seeds according to different sizes.
3- The machines are used for seed and agriculture byproducts' processing.
4- The sieves used in the machine are made of high quality cool rolled galvanizing steel, with high precision and a long life span. The rubber ball sifting structure complies with international standards, SanLI’s patented rubber ball is highly elastic, endurable and long lasting.
5- The machines use a vibrating motor as its vibrating source: the regulation of both scale and direction of vibration is convenient and accurate. Besides, it adopts advanced technology and advanced specification which make it efficient, stable ,easy to operate and maintain and effective to cost.
6- With Cyclone duster, which has more environmental protection.
