5XZC-5A Grain cereal seed cleaning machine
1.PRINCIPLE
The air sift fuction of the machines is achieved by a vertical method. The machines sift based on aerodynamics and the surface speed difference of seed and impurities, adjusting the seed of the air current. As impurities are light, they are sucked into the ejection chamer,while seed is heavy and is transferred into a vibrating sift having passed through air sifting. The vibrating is two layed with three exits which eject large impurities,small impurities and seed respectively (SanLi can also provide 3,4 and muti layed sifts that can operate simultaneously).The vibration sift uses different sift for seeds of different sizes, if the seeds differ,the sifting differs too.
2.PURPOSE
The machines are used for seed and agriculture byproducts processing. They are ideal for sifting corn,tree seed,pasturage seed,oil seed and grain. They can also used for agriculture byproduct such as bean, soybean,sunflower seed and meln seed.
3.FEATURES
The sift mesh used in the machine is made of high quality cool rolled galvanizing steel, with high precision and a long life span.The rubber ball sifting structure complies with international stardards,SanLIs patented rubber ball is highly elastic, endures,cold and is long lasting.The machines use a vibrating motor as itd vibrating source: the regulation of both scale and diraction of vibration is convenient and accurate.Advanced technology.advanced specification,efficient,easy to operate and maitain, stable and cost effective.
