Features for Air screen cleaner for cleaning grain
1- The machine’s sift is based on aerodynamics and surface speed differences between seeds and impurities, adjusting the air current of seeds. As impurities are light, they are sucked into the ejection chamber, while seeds are heavy and are transferred into the vibrating sift having passed through the air sifting.
2- The vibrating screen has three-layer-sieve with four exits which eject large impurities, small impurities and seeds respectively, and the vibration screen is used for separating seeds according to different sizes.
4- The sieves used in the machine are made of cool rolled galvanizing steel of high quality , high precision and a long-life span. The rubber ball sifting structure complies with international standards, SanLI’s patented rubber ball is highly elastic, endurable, cold and long lasting.
3- The machines are used for seeds and agriculture byproducts' processing.
5- The machine uses a vibrating motor as its vibrating source: the regulation of both scale and direction of vibration is convenient and accurate. It adopts advanced technology and high efficiency, which is easy to operate and maintain.
6- With cyclone, which offers more environmental protection.
