Large Capacity coliflower (broccoli) drying machine, which adopt advanced drying technology from abroad, is researched by ourselves. The machine fully utilize effectual drying space to dry the raw material which is located in trolly. It applies to dry raw material of many kinds of shapes. The whole unit is divided into several-wet bottom, the raw materials are moved from top to bottom and right to left when they pass the drying area. The heat source are steam boiler and not air boiler(coal, fuel oil, fuel gas) and they can be used circulatory, exhaust humidity, adjustable temperature. It will be easy to change the drying technics and have more wide applications.
Features of Product
1) Blower is multi-wing centrifugal fan with style of combining supplying and inhaling air.
2) Body is made of insulation sandwich sheet, low energy consumption will led to cut the cost enormously.
3) It is fit to drying for long time with large quantity of food and fully utilize effectual drying space.
4) Drying medium is in different drying area levels, the raw materials are moved from top to bottom and right to left when they pass it with the high heat efficiency.
5) Exhaust humidity, temperature can be set by intervals separately on the raw material characteristic. Apply to more technics.
6) Operate automatically. It also can be designed as complete or semi-automatic, more effort.

Suitable for the drying of granule products like asparagus, bamboo shoots , mushroom, green vegetables, garlic, carrot,bell pepper, pumpkin, sweet potato, , marine products, etc.
Principle of work
The dryer for vegetable dehydration consists of feeder, drying bed, heat exchanger, damp exhaust fan, etc.
When operation, air will be entered into dryer and heated through heat exchanger. being adapts scientific and reasonable cycle method, the hot air will pass though raw materials to be dried on the bed and carry out uniform heat exchange. under the action of cycle fan, the hot air stream inside each unit of the dryer will carry out hot air stream inside each unit of the dryer will carry out hot air cycle. final air with low temprature and high damp will be out. the whole process with stable and high effect will be finished.
