Brief introduction of sunflower seed oil press machine:
When operating, the good processed oil material into the pressing chamber fom hopper, and the screw rotate

when the screw rotating, the thread can move the embryo forward, also an flip them outward, at the same time
the material close to the screw can rotate with the thread. So every embryo is with different speed and direction
moving, with the moving between embryo, all the friction generate heat satisfy the needs of oil process operation,
helps to denaturation embryo protein, destorys the colloid, increases the plasticity, also reduces the viscosity and
easy to precipitate oil. Thus increasing the yield efficiency.

Maintenance of sunflower seed oil press machine:
1. Check the lubrication situation when work for 50 hours, the grease cup on the reducer case can nt be short of
oil, buttering the screw hole each time, drying grinding is forbidden.
2. The lubrication parts should prevent dust and other impurities from invading, reducer motor engine oil quality
should be checked once a year, found that bad, should be changed.
3. When squeezing amount is reduced, the cake and oil discharge is not normal, should tale out squeezer shaft,
check squeezer, pressing bar, discharging ring worn conditis, the worn parts change in time.
4. After working per shift, you should remove the residual cake, clean the dust and oil dirtieson the surface.
5. When needed long-term storage after the production season, should have a maintenance, and unpick and wash
the squeezer, pressing bar, cake discharging ring, and oil them again, put in dry place.
