The operation principle:
This series coal powder pellet machine operation principle is: the motor drive the belt and pulley through reducer passing the power to the driving shaft, and the driving shaft through the open gear synchronization with the driven shaft, extrusion granulation.

Notice for using coal powder pellet machine:
1. This machine should be started under no-load condition, started with material is forbidden.
2. Strictly prohibit that material with iron into the machine, so as not to break the roller.
3. Before starting the gear part should be redictors oil.
4. The chain and sprocket wipe redictors oil every 7 days.
5. Bearing seat redictors of oil once every three months.
6. The reducer must add gear oil before started, every four months changing gear oil once.

3. The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well, lest collision and wear, or lost.
