The "Lantian" full-automatic zinc powder briquette press machine is mainly used for press various metallurgical pellet, metallurgical auxiliary materials, mineral powder, etc, powdery materials. This zinc powder press machine of big molding pressure, high yield efficiency, has been used in Baoshan Iron and Steel Plant, Baotou Iron and Steel Plant, Panzhihua steel, Anyang Iron and Steel Plant, etc, various of iron plant.
Requirements of molding material of zinc powder press machine:
1. The material particle is in 80-200;
2. Any metal is forbidden in the material for damaging the rollers' surface;
3. Feeding must be sufficient, to guarantee the ball moding rate;

Our zinc powder briquette press machine is consists of three main parts: the feeding part; transmission part; molding part.
1. The feeding part: it is meanly for zinc powdery material from hopper evenly into the machine between the rollers for briquetting.
2. The transmission part: it is the main drive system, including the motor, reducer, triangle strip, coupling, driving spindle, open gear.
