Brief introduction of hydraulic sponge iron block making machine:
"Lantian" brand automatic sponge iron block making machine can compress all kinds of metal scrap (iron scrap, copper scale, alunilium skimmings, titanium, etc), powder metal scrap (iron powder, aluminite powder, copper powder, etc), smelting additives, sponge iron, etc, into high density cylindrical cake ( weight 2-8 kg), the whole process no need to add any adhesive. The cake density can over 5T/M³ (different raw material with different cake density and weight), the compressed cake can be cast to furnace for using directly.
Structural features of sponge iron block making machine:
1. The machine frame part adopts integral cast steel, avoid the cracking of steel weldments, improve the stability and service life of the equipment.
2. Adopts advanced hydraulic drive technology and combination valve, using high quality wear-resistant oil seal, oil cylinder using the latest domestic high-tech craft processing and assembly, to ensure continious operation but do not weaken cylinder pressure.
3. Wear well, operate steadily; computer control, high degree of automation, low failure rate, easy to maintain, etc.
4. According to customers' using condition to equip with spiral automatic feeder and automatic chain discharg, lower the manual labor intensity.
