Brief Introduction:
1. Our Lantian series of briquette machine is special for pressing the hard-briquetting coke powder and charcoal powder into briquettes which is very popular in dometic market and overseas market.
2. Our briquette machine adopts briquetting twice for forming the powder into varienty of shapes, like oval ball shape, round ball shape, pillow shape, egg shape and others which can meet your requirements.
3. Through about twenty-eight years' researching and developing, we have designed 4 rollers machine and hydraulic machine
to compatible with all the powder materials.
The working principle:
1. Put prepared material into the hopper of the honeycomb coal making machine and distributor will feed material into the molds
under the hopper, then the pressure device will press the powder.
2. Powder will be formed to a certain shape under the stronger press.
3.Next, the briquette will be pressed out off the mold by auxiliary punch, and fall on the belt conveyor.

Raw material of briquette machine
The outlet briquettes:
1. Shape: The briquette machine for carbon black can press the carbon black into diversified, pillow shape, oval shape,
egg shape, ball shape, column shape, square shape and so on. And the shapes and size of the briquettes can be customized.
2. Hardness: The finished product are very hard,they are not shattered even though down from 3 meters height.
3. Transport: It is very easy and convenient to transport either short transport or long transport.
