The introduction of charcoal briquette pressing machine:
Honeycomb type charcoal briquette pressing machine takes the coal powder, charcoal powder, gypsum powder, sawdust or others as raw materials, through mixing, pressing and molding the materials into honeycomb shaped or rod shaped briquettes. It has a lot of molds and types, and we can change the moulds to manufacture different shapes and size of briquettes, like cylindrical shape, square shape, rod shape, flower shape and other shapes, which expand the function of the machine greatly. The working principle of charcoal briquette pressing machine:
1. Put prepared material into the hopper and distributor will feed material into the molds under the hopper, then the pressure device will press the powder.
2. Powder will be formed to a certain shape under the stronger press.
3.Next, the briquette will be pressed out off the mold by auxiliary punch, and fall on the belt conveyor.
4. With the rotating of dieplate, this process will be continuous.
1. The final briquettes can be various honeycomb shapes and rod shapes.
2. The size of final products can be different and we can customize the molds for different shaped and sized briquettes.

The structure and principle of charcoal briquette pressing machine:
The structure of charcoal briquette pressing machine is very simple, and it consists of main body, rotating system, feeding system, presing system and discharging system. And each system interwork and running smoothly.
1. Main body: it consists of bedplate and engine base, which are the frame of the machine.
2. Rotating system: It is composed of motor, belt pulley, gear and tranmission shaft.
3. Feeding system: It is made up of rotating shaft, hopper and stirrer. The axial gear drive the stirrer, mixing the coal evenly and sending the coal into the former.
4. Pressing system: it consists of 4 pcs slide bar, slide beam, punch, punch holder, punch head, pressrue plate, mould end and spring. When the machine working, the slide bar will drive the slide beam, punch head goes down and pressure plate will go up, then the spring retrench, then press the coal into briquettes.
5. Discharging system: it consist of transmission rack, belt pulley, holder and conveyor belt. The conveyor betl driving and bring the shaped briquettes out of the machine. There is some roses on the transmission holder to adjust the tightness of conveyor belt.
The operation of charcoal briquette pressing machine:
1. Before starting the charcoal briquette pressing machine, we have to check the machine whether there is loose parts and debris. Also we have to make sure the justification about mold cylinder and mold bottom hole.
2. Add oil for every rotating part and bearing.
3. After startng, we have to listen carefully whether there is noise or other unusual phenomenon. If there is, stop the machine immediately.
4. If the punch head frozen, we should immediately cut off the power supply. After the machine stops completely, remove the backing charcoal and restart the machine. When the machine running, no taking the debris by hand.
