1.The shisha(hookah) charcoal origination
"Shisha charcoal " originated in the Arabia, in England and America, people called "hookah", but in Euopean countries, it was called "shisha". Actually, in Arabia, the written name is "N argile". At present, shisha charcoal had become a fashion with entertaiment, leisure and relaxation in Europe and America, more and more people ( in different age phase)begin to pay attention to it.
2.The shisha coal machines production line

In order to make good quality shisha charcoal, we need pay attention some pointers as follows:
1. Raw materials: Hard wood charcoal, coconut shell charcoal, bamboo charcoal are good materials for shisha charcoal.
2. Shisha charcoal machine: Only good quality shisha charcoal machine can produce good quality shisha charcoal,our machine are patented products, we have hydraulic and mechanical two types for your choosing.
3. Binder formula: It needs to confirm the binder formula should be natural, smelless, nontoxic,

3.Introduction of shisha coal machines
It is a machine can press charcoal powder into small tablets, round shape, cubic shape, strip shape,ringlike shape, etc, also it can press with special words, company name, brand name, telephone number, etc. Good charcoal powder from coconut shell, bamboo, hard wood can pressed into high quality shisha charcoal, no harm to health.
(1) Hydraulic type
Hydraulic shisha charcoal is our latest patented product, because it has large pressure, and the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw materials, so it has best molding effect, even sawdust (not easy molding) it can press into good shapes.The whole machine includes main engine, electric control cabinet, hydraulic cylinder and outlet conveyor belt. For 25*25*25mm cubic charcoal, it can press 48pcs/time, 6-11 times/min.
(2) Mechanical type
Mechanical shisha charcoal machine is a very matured machine of us. For 33 mm round shape, It can press 12pcs/time, 20-25 time/min. For 25mm cubic shape, it can press 12 pieces per time. Surely, the molds can be customized according to your ideal shape and size.
4.Features of molds
The material is chromium steel, the feature is high hardness, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and not rust, the service time is 3-4 years (6-8 hours working time per day). The mold use wire cutting process technology, so the mold size is very precise.
5.Final products of shisha coal machines
Generally, round size is 20-45mm, square size is 15-55mm. The final shisha charcoal is smokeless, smelless, nontoxic, combustible, also has long burning time.

For multiple machines, or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, unually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in container.
