1.Production description of coal powder shaping machine
Lantian series coal powder shaping machine is an extruder briquette machine, under the action of high pressure, charcoal powder, coal powder, carbon black powder and other powders are extruded into stick shape briquettes, with or without hole in the middle.
The shapes can be finger shape, triangle shape, quadrangle shape, hexagonal, etc. It can be shisha charcoal, silver charcoal and bbq charcoal for different usage. Finished briquettes not only easy to store and transport, but have good performance, miltiple function, also high profit.

MB 140 is a small and medium capacity briquette machine.
MB180
MB300
MB 300 is our latest designed double discharging head coal briquette machine, it has threefold pressure in the process of extruding, so the finished briquettes have high density, due to two discharging heads, so it increases capacity largely.So especially for medium and large capacity customers.
2.Automatic production line of coal powder shaping machine
a.Binder mixer: It is using for dissolving and thicking binder.
b.Crusher and mixer: It is a machine with the function of crushing and mixing together, crushing the raw material below 5mm, and mixing them uniformly. The moisture need controlled between 25%-30%.
c.Coal briquette machine: It presses coal powder, charcoal powder, or other powders into different shapes and size.
d.Dryer. We have vertical dryer, box dryer and mesh belt dryer. I will suggest suitable dryer according to your raw machine, shape and size.
3.Finished samples of coal powder shaping machine
(1)Changed molds, samples can be diversified, shisha charcoal, bbq charcoal, silver charcaol, etc. (2)We can offer binder formula, instant ignite formula and water-proof technique to our customers.
(3) With multiple molds, customers can produce different shape briquettes, largely save cost.
