Hydraulic punch charcoal coal making machine 

1.Production description

Our factory has two kinds coal charcoal briquette machine, one is hydraulic type, the other is mechanical type, some explanation and pictures as follows, please check them. 

Hydraulic types

This hydraulic type machine includes four parts: briquette machine, PLC (electric control cabinet), hydraulic cylinder and outlet belt. 

It is hydraulic type, so it has large pressure to press better quality charcoal briquettes ( smooth surface and higher height. 

 Hydraulic-1

This machine is usually used to produce rod shape barbecue charcoal, if you pursue high quality barbecue charcoal, you can choose this type. Except shape and size, height also can be adjusted, 13 cm height is no problem. 

Hydraulic-2

This machine is usually used to produce shisha charcoal, which is very popular in Arab countries. Popular shape is 25*25*25 mm cubic shape or 33mm diameter round shape, of course, other shape and size can be customized. 

Mechanical type

This mechanical type machine includes mechanical briquette machine and outlet belt two parts. Our factory manufactured this machine about 30 years since our factory founded in 1980s. so we have very manure technique in this field. 

Whether hydraulic type or mechanical type, molds all can be customized according to your ideal shape, rod shape, square shape, round shape, fan shape, flower shape, etc.

2. Raw material requirement

(1) raw material: different kinds powder materials.

(2) raw material diameter: less than 3mm.

(3) raw material moisture: 8%-15%

(4) binder formula: we have 6 kinds binder formular, we will add liquid or dry powder according to your raw material.

(5) other technique: we also can offer water-proof formula and instant ignite(combustion-supporting) to our customers for free.

3. Moulds

Lantian series molds are multifarious, also can be customized according to your demands. Besides, molds can be changed easily. Changed into different molds, you can get different products.

4. Customer testing machine in our factory

When customers arrive our factory, we will test machine for them face to face, so that they can know well our product quality clearly.

For some customers, if it's not convenient to visit our factory, we will send some samples to they, if they are interested in.

Surely, the best way is coming here check product quality by yourself, usually we believe what I see.

5. Packaging and shipping of coal charcoal briquette machine

In free fumigation wooden case with steel frame,then put into the container, or bulk in the container, fixed with wooden strips.
