The structure and principle of Charcoal or Coal Brick Machine:
(1) Main body: it consists of bedplate and engine base, which are the frame of the machine.
(2) Rotating system: It is composed of motor, belt pulley, gear and tranmission shaft.
(3) Feeding system: It is made up of rotating shaft, hopper and stirrer. The axial gear drive the stirrer, mixing the coal evenly and sending the coal into the former.
(4) Pressing system: it consists of 4 pcs slide bar, slide beam, punch, punch holder, punch head, pressrue plate, mould end and spring. When the machine working, the slide bar will drive the slide beam, punch head goes down and pressure plate will go up, then the spring retrench, then press the coal into briquettes.
(5) Discharging system: it consist of transmission rack, belt pulley, holder and conveyor belt. The conveyor betl driving and bring the shaped briquettes out of the machine. There is some roses on the transmission holder to adjust the tightness of conveyor belt.
Production Line Equipments of Cement Brick Block Making Machine:
Beside the Clay Brick Making Machine, our factory can also provide the auxiliary

double-shaft mixer, roller screen, cutter, and some other devices. The following

1. LTM series box-type feeder is the feeding equipment which is uesd to balance and
ration during brick production. It is applicable to various bulk and block materials with

2. Futher crush clay and other raw materials by the roller fine crusher, until the raw
material size is ≤ 2 mm. Both ends of the fine crusher are equipped with regulating
pinched security block which are used to protect rolling circle and equipment. (Inter

3. Conveying the fine clay powder into double-shaft mixer by belt conveyor, mixing
and blending with water to futher enchance the comprehensive plastic index of raw
materials. It is mainly used for watering and mixing treatment for clay, shale, coal
gangue, coal ash, and other raw materials. (Interlocking brick making machine)
4. After extruding, the wet long striped brick are cut into different size of pieces green
bricks by the automatic slitting cutter. (Interlocking brick making machine)
