Agricultural waste straw machine
Straw machine for re-use of agricultural waste and invention, to avoid a lot of farmland straw burning pollutes the environment, can well protect the environment. Compared with straw briquette coal, coal volume and heat is basically the same, with live speed, large fire intensity, Is an ideal clean energy.
Raw material requirements: corn stalks, wheat straw, bean stalks, cotton stalks, rice husks, peanut shells, corn cobs, twigs, leaves and other crops as raw materials.
How it works:
Will exceed 60mm material was crushed first, the material length and its water content within a predetermined range; by the belt conveyor the material evenly to the top of the discharge port in the straw machine, compression molding can be performed. Process: material recovery - crushed - Feeding - repression - forming - Output - Cooling - Transport - Biomass power plants or small boilers.
The performance of straw machine:
1. High capacity, low price, low power consumption: 1.5-2.8 tons per hour, small power consumption.
2. Material strong adaptable: suitable for all kinds of biological material moilding, straw from powder to 50mm length, the moisture content is between 5-30%, can all be pressed into briquettes.

4. The adjustment function of rollers: by using the principle of bi-directional thrust bearing rotation automatically adjust the pressure Angle, the wet material is not crowded, not boring maching, keep stable discharging molding.
5. The operation is simple, easy to use: high degree of automation, less labor, needs only three people, artificial feeding or automatic screw conveyor feeding.

The final product of the straw machine:
The operation principle:
1. Before starting: please firstly pure 25 kg gear oil, tighten the plug head fillingafter refueling.
2. Carefully check the power line, prevent the electric leakage and ensuring the safty of using electricity.
3. Carefully check the machine motor, transmission parts in parts of bolts, screws are solid, if there are any loose phenomenon, in order to timely fastening.
4. Sugarcane bagasse making machine for material requirements: the length should be less than 60mm corn straw,wheat straw which the water content should be 10-20%; the peanut shell,rice husk, which water content less than 12-14%.
5. Depending on the type of material before feeding set preheating temperature, corn and wheat straw between 70-90 degrees Celsius, peanut shell, rice husk between 80-100 degrees Celsius.
6. Idle for 1 minute before start up, check whether the machine rotation is normal, if normal, please firstly feeding for a little, after the remaining material is completely discharged out off the machine, then you can evenly feed material.
7. Before loading, please be sure to pay attention to the raw material of hard staff, put an end to stone and iron into the hopper so as not to damage the machine.
8. Every tine when run 8 hours, pure 2-3 drops of oil at a time. Please put a little wet material before downtime, so that the boot after discharge smoothly.
