 Lantian wood round rod milling machine is mainly used for pressing biomass materials,such like pini kay,straw,wood sawdust, bamboo, palm,grass,corn,stalk, sunflower stalk, peanut shell, rice husk,wood chips,wood branch,wood waste,wood shaves,coconut shell,shell,agricultural waste and so on.

The working process of screw sawdust briquette machine:

1Crush the raw material into smal pieces less than 5mm

2Dry the material by dryer machine or in the sun,till the moisture is less than 8%-12%

3Put the material into feed inlet of wood briquette machine

4Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

5Carbonized the briquette stick

Type-1:Mechanical coal rod machine

Description:His raw material can be fine coal powder,charcoal powder,coking coal powder,carbon powder,carbon black powder,etc.It is used to punch fine coal powder into rod shape.And apart from all kinds of coal powder,mechanical coal rod machine also can punch fine charcoal powder,carbon poeder.Normally,final coal rod’s height is around 40-80mm.And if you want to make high density/low water content/perfect coal rods whose height is more than 80mm,but less than 150mm,you can choose the following hydraulic coal rod machine.

Type-2:Hydraulic coal rod machine

Introduction:Compared with coal rod machine,our hydraulic coal machine has much higher pressure.Because of high punchingpressure,final coal rods have much more stable apperance,higher hardness,higher density.Normally,coal rods whose height is between 80-150mm are used by our hydraulic coal rod machine.
