Introduction for peanut shell charcoal making machinery
This peanut shell charcoal making machinery can take wood sawdust, rice husk, coconut shell and other biomass materials into briquettes, which can be used in boiler, heating and warming.What's more, after carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ. Now this machine is very popular all over the world which will save environment and investment cost.
Raw materials
Sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, wheat straw, maize straw, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks,bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste, etc.
The requirements of the raw materials
A.Diameter (size) :3-5mm ( if can’t meet the requirement, it will need a crusher to crushing the raw material)
B. Moisture content: 8-12%, (if can’t meet the requirement, it will need a dryer)
C. No much impurity in the raw material
D. If you want the charcoal, you will need the carbonization furnace to carbon the briquette.

Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.
1,Crushing——crushing machine
The raw materials ( including bamboo ,wood sawdust, peanut shell, corn cob.,rice hull. branches straw)crushed into sawdust.
Peanut shells powder after crushing
2,Drying——dryer machine
The sawdust dryer uses the hot air drying system to reduce the water content to 8%-12%.
3,Pressed Bar——stick-making machine
The sawdust produces free radicals,bifunctional under the hot and high pressure condition of the briquette machine.
4,Carbonization——Coking furnace
The carbonization stove transforms the wood briquette to clean charcoal without smoke.

Finish product of the machine
This bio-fuel briquette is 45-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder or hollow hexagonal with a 15-20mm hole through the body.
The available shape: square, hexagonal, pentagon, pentagon with edge, hexagon with edge
The available diameter could be: 50mm,55mm.60mm,65mm.70mm.80mm and so on
The available length could be :20cm,30cm, 40cm, 50cm
The feature of the final product : Specific gravity: 1300—1900kg/m Calorific value: 4500—5000kcal/kg
