Product Description

Brief description	1.Charcoal carbonization furnace for biomass,is a kind of new air flow type carbonization furnace.It is used to make charcoal from wood and all kinds of biomass.It adopts new advanced hot air carbonizing technology,greatly improves the carbonization rate 99%,compared with the carbonization rate 80% of tradtional carbonization stove!This kind stove is safe and easy to operate,thus it is very famous among many industries like charcoal making industry and bolier industry! 2.Carbonization furnace have four tanks inside.Every tank weight 250kg.
Usage	It used to BBQ and fire
Working principle	A: Prepare the raw material and pack them in the inner stove; B: Use the hoist to hang the inner stove to the outer stove, and then cover the cap; and then connect the cap and inner stove and seal them; C: then fire the outer stove, and use the purification tank to collect the smoke; D: when it produce the fuel gas, you can use the fuel gas to carbonzie the raw material which save a lot of fire material. E: when finish the carbonization, use the hoist to hang the inner stove out to the ground, and then use the hoist to hang another inner stove to carbonize again.
