Scrap tyre bead wire -----annealing treatment-------butt welding machine-----horizontal or vertical type continuous wire drawing (determined by your expected capacity ) -----pointer-----nail making -----polishing

wire drawing machine ---drawing the larger diameter of steel wire into the smaller one as you expected
Remark: the vertical bar being appeared on nail body and nail cap is finished in this process by special structure on die mould .
pointing rolling machine ---sharpener and thinner one end of steel wire to help itself goes into wire drawing machine easily
butt weldding machine---welding every two steel wire rod together for continuous wire drawing
steel nail polishing machine ---help to remove the rust sticked on steel nail
nail knife sharpener---to make the cutting tool more sharp

- The principal axis are made in S45C steel and moreover via a heating treatment , what is more , we design this most important part as a whole body not belong to that assemble-type , so very durable , 10 years working life is easy to satisfied .
