Industrial Dehydrator
Principle of Industrial Dehydrator
This tray dryer was upgraded and regenerated for several times and has reached advanced level both at home and all over the world.
After being filtered by the primary filter fixed at the air inlet, the clean air will be blown into the drying chamber and flow towards the electrical heater.
Then the heated air will be evenly distributed to each layer of trays. The hot air penetrates through the raw material via the holes punched at the tray bottom to evaporate the moisture from the raw material.
Some of the moisture will be exhausted through the exhaust vent and new fresh air will be brought in to supplement the circulation air.
Application of Industrial Dehydrator
It is widely used in drying seafood ,Chinese herb, vegetable particle , fruit slice and etc .
Advantages of Industrial Dehydrator
1. Energy saving: Most of the air is circulating inside the drying chamber which can considerably save the energy.
2. healthful working condition: The inside surface is lined with stainless steel and full welded. The sealed working condition can make sure sanitary working condition.
3. Uniform drying temperature: air distributor is fixed at each side of the drying chamber to make sure uniform air flow. So the temperature difference between the top and bottom is less than 2 °C. So the raw material can evenly dried.
4. Easy temperature control: The drying temperature can be easily controlled by PLC control system.
5. Low noise : Heat resisting and low noise circulation fan is combined.
6. Large temperature range and automatic heat preservation system:
you can set temperature at any data between room temperature and 260 degrees. And oven heated system will automatically maintain the temperature once it is heated to the one you set , moreover no power consumption at this time .
