Frying oil crops before squeezing.to swell the oil molecule,to improve the oil production capacity and oil output rate.

Features:
- the rotating design of drum to help the oil crop being heat uniformly and temperature can be controlled easily ,which saving energy and save time
- the main parts includes transmission ,rotating drum ,control switch and etc. We can also install the automatic feeding devise depends on clent’s need.

Application:
Applicable for drying all kinds of oil crops,like peanut ,soybean , sesame and tea seeds,cottonseeds,coconut,palm,rice bran ,hemp ,corn embryo and etc,even with the sawdust particles.
Cautions:
- ensure no electric leakage of the wire and no ground wire connected
- keep the machine running 5-10 minutes before putting the seeds into the hopper
- Fried time will be different ,and mainly it depends on the oil crop amount,normally 15-30 minutes can fry 2-3 drum per hour .
- Normally the temperature is controlled in 160-230°C during the seeds frying process (the temperature varies depends on the crops), crops in medium well cooked are most appropriate.
