Introduction of straw briquette machine
Straw fuel briquette machine is a full set of mechanized production equipment. It can convert biomass raw material and solid waste into high density and energy fuel. Straw fuel briquette machine is widely used in household stove, heating furnace, hot water boilers, industrial boilers, etc. The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc. for warm in house.
Raw material of straw briquette machine
All kinds of corn straw, straw, rice, wheat straw, wheat shell, a dearth, bean straw, cotton stalk, medical slag, branches, leaves and wood chips, sawdust, hay, discarded bag, and all the things that may be edible fungus suppression of the waste from the fuel.
1)Raw material size requirements:≤5mm.(If larger, crusher should be used.)
2)Best raw material moisture:8%-12%.(If larger, dryer should be used.)
Application of straw briquette machine
1. Home heating stoves
2. Hot water boilers and the industrial boilers,
3. Biomass power plants and so on.
Working principle
The briquette machine uses flat module and the pressure between the impact extrusion wheel, and the mechanism of the interaction between friction model hole make the material gain to shape. During the processing ,the materials do not need any binder.
Features
1. This machine has a reasonable structure, stable performance, equipped with forced lubrication system, high efficiency, low energy consumption, good forming effect, simple operation, easy maintenance.
2. The unique mold structure for machining of various water crops straw: (1) the good adaptability to extend the raw material’s production cycle; (2) the size of material is 3 ~ 30 mm, moisture content in the range of 16% ~ 30%.
3. The ring mold with a flat type, cavity wear synchronization, effectively prolongs service life. Template is specially designed, so the biomass fuels have high density and smooth surface.
4. The automatic heating device for adjust the temperature and solve the problems such as congestion, poor shape in the molding.
