Introductionof Wood Charcoal Machine
Charcoal briquette machine shows the features of high capacity, low energy consumption, compact and durable. Many performance data such as capacity, wood briquettes density, electricity consumption and wearable degree has reached advanced level. Charcoal briquette machine can be used as charcoal powder briquette machine by replacement of some spare parts. The out diameter of finished briquettes is 40-80mm.
Features: The extruded wood briquette can be used as fuel for briquette boilers or boilers for heating.
The process for producing charcoal briquette
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
4. Carbonized the briquette stick
Raw Matetrial of Wood Charcoal Machine
The final biofuel briquette is made by the advanced biomass briquetting machine. Almost all type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used, including: wood chips, maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse, etc.
Finished Product of Wood Charcoal Machine
After the processing of drying, compressing under the high pressure and temperature, the biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood. This bio-fuel briquette is 50-70mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder with a 15-20mm hole through the body.
