Foam Concrete Machine

Features:

The foaming machine consist of the pumping system, foam generating system, mixing system, rack, electrical control cabinet.

(1) Pumping system: namely squeeze hose pump

(2) Foam generating system uses a standard modular structure, composed of frequency variable motor, air compressor, water pump, foaming agent gear pump, foam assembly etc.

(3)  Mixing system includes the motor, mixing vat, mixer, transmission system, lubrication system etc.

(4)  Electrical control system consists of the inverter, AC contactors, air switches, intermediate relay etc.

Working Process:

First, transport the cement into the mixing vat by the feeding machine.

Then, mix the cement with the water in the mixing vat by mixing machine.

Next, suck the mixed medium into the host machine by the squeeze pump.

Then, mix the cement slurry and the foam agent by the pump.

Last, pump the foam concrete to the target construction site.
