Magnetic Traps are designed to extract the ferrous materials from the
slurry or liquid raw materials in order to purify the material in the production
process. Strong magnetic tubes filter the flow and extract the unwanted ferrous
metal. The unit is simply connected to the existing pipeline via flanged or
threaded ends. Simple and easy access is possible using the quick release lid.
Cleaning of the magnets is easily accomplished by removing the cover plate of
the housing and sliding out each magnet assembly

These are suitable for liquid filtration and separation in pipe line. The magnetic tubes with in the trap catch the tramp Iron/fine iron contamination in a product a it flows through the processing line there by protecting product purity and preventing abrasive wear,prevents pumps from jamming, reduced damage and maintenance to mixers, refiners, filters, pumps etc. end assures a product free of iron contamination.
The special design enables quick release of magnetic tubes for easily inspection and cleaning, Sizes for pipelines from 1/2 through 18 (13-450 mm)- ferrite, Alnico and Rare -earth magnetic tubes. Miled steel and or stainless steel fabricated construction. We also manufacture as per customers specific requirement.
