Buckwheat sheller
The buckwheat processing line consists of cleaner, grader, huller, shells separator and milling part(not eaaential,according to customers′ requirements).
For the complete buckwheat shell and buckwheat kernel has higher value than buckwheat flour so under the condition of guarantee the buckwheat shell integrity to improve the yield of buckwheat kernel is the key technology of complete sets of equipment.
Our buckwheat shelling equipment is the most ideal currently for processing buckwheat. It is used for cleaning and grading buckwheat, and then shelling the graded buckwheat, and separating the buckwheat kernel and the shell. The unshelled buckwheat can go back into the shelling machine automatically and be shelled again. It has such advantages of high degree of automation, continuous working, high working, etc

Technology introduction
The cleaning part adopts vibrating screen, destone machine and many sets of equipment such as magnetic separation machine, ensure that the cleaning effect.
The buckwheat kernel easy broken so the cleaned buckwheat after classification by plansifter , divided into medium and grade levels buckwheat , first transfer into the temporary storage respectively to store , then various size of buckwheat transfer into special buckwheat sheller, ensure overall rate of buckwheat kernels
After shelling the hulled mixture throuh the sifting and suction to separate the combination of buckwheat , the unhulled buckwheat shell are sent to the buckwheat sheller to shell again, the brokrn buckwheat kernels during shelling will be collect and milleld into flour
Feeding --hoist --hulling –Separating ---Separated buckwheat kernel and buckwheat shell.
