 Technology introduction

The cleaning part adopts vibrating screen, destone machine and many sets of equipment such as magnetic separation machine, ensure that the cleaning effect.

The buckwheat kernel easy  broken  so  the cleaned buckwheat after classification by plansifter , divided into medium and grade levels buckwheat ,  first transfer into the temporary storage respectively to store  , then various size of buckwheat transfer into special buckwheat  sheller, ensure overall rate of buckwheat kernels

After shelling the hulled mixture throuh the sifting and suction to separate the combination of buckwheat , the unhulled  buckwheat shell are sent to the buckwheat sheller to shell again, the brokrn buckwheat kernels during shelling will be collect and milleld into flour.
