Wheat flour mill production process(from raw wheat to flour) usually consists of the following parts:

1. Raw wheat storage(silo or warehouse)

2. Cleaning system(sifter, destoner, magnetic separation, scourer)

Clean up the middle and small impuritier from wheat, dust, stone, magnetic materials.Including beating, screening, destoning, magnetic separatation and dampening.

This stage is to prepare wheat for being milled and to protect the machinery as well.

3. Milling system(roller mill, plansifter, purifier, impact detacher)

     Different millers and sifters to mill wheat and separate flour from bran:

     (1) Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving;

     (2) Sifter: separate flour from bran, also separate large, small size to enssure flour quality.

4. Flour compressing and blending system(if necessary)

5. Flour packing and stacking

The packing part can be manual or auto operation, which can be designed according to customer's requirement and machine capacity.
