Brief introduction of 20TPD maize flour milling machine
This production line is employed for the hulling, gritting and milling of maize. After the
hulling treatment of the product, the net kernels were sent to the gritting and milling
chamber. Then through the process of crushing and grinding, high quality grits and flour
were produced.

The process of maize flour grits and flour milling
1.Grain storage ( silos, or warehouse)
2.Cleaning part ( sifter, destoner, separator, magnet, scourer, etc)
1). Raw corn primary cleaning: 1 sift, 1 measurement; equipped with one set of dust catching air net to ensure having a good work environment. (According to customer’s requirement to choose it or abandon it.)
2). Raw corn cleaning: one sifting, two destoning, magnetic separating; equipped with two or three sets of dust collecting wind net, ensuring to finish production craft and dust catching.

3.Hulling, polishing and milling part (roller mill, plan sifter, purifier, impact detacher, etc.)
Include different number of mills and sifters to break the integrity corn and separate
the flour and bran
1) Hulling: clean out dust one the surface of corn and skin of crushed corn.
2) Polishing: clean out micro skin on the surface of embryo and germ in the corn;
3) Milling: Mill material into qualified fineness flour, sifting by plansifter
4) Sifting: To grade according to the size of material particles, sifting qualified flour.

4.Automatic packing part
The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one, this can be designed according to
requirement and machine capacity.
