Brief introduction
This production line is employed for the hulling, gritting and milling of corn. After the
hulling treatment of the product, the net kernels were sent to the gritting and milling
chamber. Then through the process of crushing and grinding, high quality grits and flour
were produced.
This corn milling equipment is applicable for corn/maize and coarse grains of which the
moisture content is within 17%. They could hull and mill corn, maize and other coarse
grains into fined flour and bran for animal usage.

Working principle
The corn milling equipments uses sieves destoners to get rid off the small impurities,
such as dust, iron impurity and etc. Then the raw material will be hulled and polished
by hulling and polishing machines. Thirdly, the material will be milled into flour and germ
by electric or pneumatic mills. Lastly, the flour and germs will be screening to flour, germ
and brans with special sieves and be packaged automatically. The packaging step could
be designed to be fully automatic or mannual operation according to customers’ requirement.

A: According to clients request, Chuanyue machinery can provide installation technicians
to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment.

A:30% by T/T by order + 70% before shipment
Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of Chuanyue’s structural and mechanical equipment is
normally one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is six months. Wear parts
are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
