Brief introduction of the plant
Using dry peeling and degerming technology, it can produce different sizes of corn grits and flour at the same time. Corn grits size can be customized as per customers' need in order to meet various of needs such as brewery, snack food, glucose, sugarhouse. Thanks for the dry peeling and degerming technology, husks and germs collected at the end don't need to dried before used for animal feed.

Features of the producing line
♦The machine adopts full steel structure, featuring handsome appearance, easy installation and small occupation.
♦ It has stable performance and high flour yield, able to process high quality corn slag and corn flour. The flour screening adopts efficient double-bin plansifter; the screen adopts stainless steel wire mesh, difficult for blocking.
♦The whole machine adopts pneumatic and negative pressure transmission, not only preventing smell from leakage, but also reducing workshop dust and drying the flour in this process.
♦The air outlet of the blower can be equipped with pulse deduster, making your working environment cleaner.

Processing technique
Raw grain corn after screening,de-stoning are sent to the corn hullers, after hulling, t he material were sent to the polishing machine, after polishing then were sent to grits making machine, through flat sieve,sifting the large, medium and small garde grits, the grits that not conform to the gits requirement were sent to the milling machine, after milling then we can get grade flour. The huskers after collecting then we can package and get feed powder.
