Process flow of corn grits, flour production:
1. Raw corn cleaning section
Raw corn→Combined cleaning screen→Magnetic separator
Combined cleaning screen is used for cleaning out small,big, light impurities and cobblestone;
Magnetic separator is used for cleaning up iron impurities.
2. Clean corn husking and polishing section
Husking→polishing→second polishing→grading
Husking and polishing machine is to remove dust and micro skin on the corn surface, to get clean corn;
Grade screen is used for sifting and grading materials.
3. Corn grits, flour processing section
