This small unit is designed by our engineers based on yeras of design experience.
The New type unit including perfect cleaning ( sift, destone, magnetic and winnowing), also including perfect dehulling and sift and grade craft( 2 dehulling, 2 polishing, 1 wole grain grading, 1 milling for grits, many times sift grade)
The craft and effect is the same as 100tpd miling plant line for grits and flour). The smallunit simple and easy to learn, low failure rate, the configuration is elelgant.
The small unit adopts bucket elelvator to lift and flow automatically, not matching with high-pressure fan for pnematic conveying, This adjust in craft grately reduce thenoise of workshop. and reduce the consumption in the production. grately extend the line life.
The line occupies less space, only need 8m longth, 4m width, 5m height workshop.
