Corn flour processing flow:
1. Preliminary cleaning:
Sifting, metering; Equipped with dedusting wind net, guaranteeing to have fine work environment;
2. Raw grain cleaning:
Sifting, destonings, magnetic separation; Equipped with dedusting ventilation networks, ensuring to finish production requirement and dedusting effect;
3. Hulling, polishing, milling
Dehusking, polishing, millings, siftings.
(1). Dehusking: to remove dust on corn surface and cracked seed coats of corn;
(2). Polishing: to wipe out endosperm surface skin and corn germ;
(3). Milling: to mill corn into qualified fitness flour;
(4). Sifting: to grade according to size of material particles.
