Our PET flakes crusher apply mainly to plastic bottle, it is the raw material processing equipment of producing PET polyester fiber. The device was made after years of research and with reference to foreign developed countries’ products, it is the first real domestic high standard cleaning equipment and mainly crush and clean rigid plastic, such as plastic bottles,plastic drum/coke bottle etc. The equipment is a high degree of automation, low power consumption, high yield. Also according to customers material type and different bottle flakes quality requirements, it can be equipped with different combinations, in order to meet the need of different users.

PVC and some other plastics are also can be washed by this pet flakes machine plant The whole line is fully automatic and it has characteristics of high efficiency, low noise and easy operation. It adopts hot water washing to get good quality. Various output capacities can be chosen: 500-600kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h and 2000kg/h.
