Product Introduction:
Drum chipper is one special equipment to produce wood chips, which is widely used in particle board, medium and high density fiberboard factory and other wood industries.
It has advanced structure , high-quality chipping, widely applicable raw materials, easy operation and maintenance. The main raw materials are small diameter wood, processing residues(such as branches, slab, crates, logs, core and waste veneer, etc.) Also can be used to cut non-wood raw materials(such as sugar cane, reed,bamboo etc.)
Usage:
This machine chip the raw material into small chips, these chips are raw material of chipboard, density beaverboard and wood fiber board, also could be burning material as sort of fuel.
Structure:
Drum chipper consists of body, knife roller, top and bottom feed mechanism, feeding device, hydraulic system and other parts.
The frame is made of high srength steel plate welding and become, is the support of the drum chipper basis;
The fly knives fixed on the roller, by special bolts which special designed for fly knives, according to the different thickness of raw material, the top feed mechanism could be adjusted automaticly; the small chips drop through screen, the large size material will stay inside machine and get chipped again.
The hydraulic system designed to be refill by manual operation, so that the cover shell of machine could be opened, easier for user to replace the parts and knives, also convenient for adjusting the space between knives and dead knives.
