Energy Saving Wood Drying Kiln
1) Introduction of Drying Kiln
Drying Kiln is widely used for drying the materials like wood chips, cement, mine, chemistry, food, etc.
Drying kiln comes with thermocouples on the feeding and discharging device to control temperature. Thermometers are also adopted so as to better control the working temperature (generally 350°-380°) of the wood drying kiln.
2) Working Principle of Drying Kiln
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our wood drying kiln/ Rotary Drier, which adopts down-flow heating method.
When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.

4) Structure of Drying Kiln
1. The Drying Kiln's shell is made of rolled steel plates; its structure is optimized by computer software, and features" longitudinal flexible and transverse rigid”, which improved the loading of supporting device and stability of refractory lining,
2. The supporting roller bearings features smaller width over diameter ratio L/D, leading to its higher reliability.
3. The special high-started torque motor for wood drying kiln is applied for driving system.
4. The sealing of labyrinth plus spring pressing with asbestos heat isolation layers attached, is applied higher so that reliability and longer service life of sealing are achieved.

5) Warranty of Drying Kiln
1. Three-five Years (Calculated from the goods arrived the destination port.) If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.We can send our engineer to provide the installation and trial run in your place. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (round trip air ticket, board and lodging).
