Good screw thread rolling machine with competitive price
At present, stripping rib rolling straight thread is the most advanced technology of reinforced connections.
Especially fit for the rebar splicing in bridge piles and tunnel construction as well as the rebar
splicing in civilian construction.
Our HGS-40D rebar rib-paring and parallel thread rolling machine is used to process parallel screw thread on rebars of 16mm-40mm in construction.

Features:
1. Reasonable design, double rack and bench vise, good stability;
2.Tool adopts automatic opening and closing structure; rebar once clamping, complete the silk processing in 30 seconds;
3.Adopt cold rolling process, and thread rolling round steel wire head processing in all mould mode; high precision, the percent of pass is 100%;
4. No cutting the base metal of stell bar, and wire head strength is higher than the base strength.
Roller:
1. 1#: 2.5mm pitch, Rolling φ16-φ22mm parallel thread;
2. 2#: 3.0mm pitch, rolling φ25-φ32mm parallel thread;
3. 3#: 3.5mm pitch, rolling φ36-φ40mm parallel thread.
Eccentric shaft(30*124): Supporting the roller and adjust the rolling diameter.
Rib-paring blade( 10×24×25): Peeling the longitudinal and transverse rib.
Torque wrenches&Spanner(32×40×75):splice and tighten the joint of reinforcement/Test the rebar splicing torque.
Rebar parallel thread splicing coupler:
Features:
1.We adopt 45# high quality steel as raw material, traditional manufacturing technique, high dimension precision and reliable quality;
2.According to type inspection of the province construction quality supervision and testing center, the rebar copuler joint performance has reached JGJ107-2003 standard for the grade I splicing rebar joint;
3.We have three series rebar coupler, such as standard type, Positive and negative thread type and Reducing type, altogether fifty-two kinds products. The rebar coupler can satisfy the rebar splicing needs of longitudinal, traverse and slant etc in project of bridge, tunnel and other construction projects.
Types of rebar parallel thread splicing coupler:
Standard type: it is adopted under normal circumstances.
Positive and negative thread type: it is adopted when two rebar ends cannot rotate.
Reducing type: it is adopted when two rebar ends diameter are different, and need to transition of rebar diameters.
Packaging:
Stable wooden package protects machine from strike and damage.
Wound plastic film keeps machine out of damp and corrosion.
Fumigation-free package helps the smooth customs clearance.
The big size machine will be fixed in container without package.
