Application:
The anchor bolt thread cutting machine is mainly used for rough threading bolts, screw rods and pipes, and also for cutting threads on cylindrical workpieces after being turned.
1) Maximum diameter cutting thread is 39mm
2) Maximum diameter length of thread cutting is 300mm
Features:
1) A control rod with trip dogs is provided to enable the tangential chasers to be opened automatically at the end of the pre-set threading stroke;
2) The spindle speeds can be easily adjusted due to a wide range of speed changes selections.
Therefore this machine is suitable for batch production in various industries.
3) When processing the cutting operation, the work is to be held in a vice on the work saddle and fed, through turning of the handwheel, to the rotating die head until it is gripped by the chasers automatically for cutting the thread. The axis of the work is aligned with that of the die head so that the thread cut is accurate and smooth.
