Structure characteristics
YB plunger pump is mainly used to deliver slurry, coal slurry, nonmetallic suspension, food liquid, chemical liquid, electronic paste, magnetic material. It can transport the solid content than the characteristics of 70% thick suspension in the spray drying tower, with pressure filter and other drying equipment necessary when using, has the very high work and energy saving efficiency.
This pump is driven by hydraulic double cylinder and double function,the alumina cylinder an combined seals are used as well . The merits of the new product lie in ,simple structure/steady running/low noisty/relible and combined seals are used as little undulate/little size /light weigh/easily manipulate and maintennance/long work life .
The product have developed to seven series such as YB85,YB110,YN120,YB140,YB200,YB250,YB300,including more than thirty types,the range of flow covers from 0.1m^3/h to 45m^3/h. The pressure of the ordinary pressure pumpcan reaches 2.5Mpa,the rated pressure is 2.0Mpa ;The pressure of the low pressure pump can reaches 1.0Mpa .The pressure and flow of the pump above mentioned can assembly freely to high pressure with heavy flow types for large spray drying tower,high pressure with light flow for little spray drying tower,low pressure with heavy flow for conveying slip,media pressure with media flow for press filter etc.may meet different demands of customs .
