Our anchor system has below features:

1. Wide range application, it can anchor with standard strength of 1570Mpa-2000Mpa, with the diameter of 8mm,9mm,11mm,12.7mm,15.2mm,18mm pc strand and the high-strength steel wire with standard strength of 1570Mpa-1670Mpa, with the diameter of 5mm,7mm.
2. Wide range of choice, GYM series anchor system is suitable for the number of pc strand from 1-55 tendons, and can be produced as per customer requirement.
3. With good stressing self-anchored function, Easy operation.
4. With high anchoring efficiency and reliable anchor.
5. The anchor structure size is reasonable, which can satisfy anchorage efficiency coefficient but also achieve anchorage of strand of short distance.

Definition of Parts:

Wedge:

Wedge is the key part of anchor system, which is made by high-class alloy steel 20CrMnTi. Its form is divided into two-chip and three-chip. The system apply to the two-chip GYM15 series, it can be used for round anchorage, flat anchorage, but also used for porous coupler.

Anchor head:

Anchor head is the key part of bearing the prestressing tension, The round anchor head is made by 45# high-quality carbon construction steel, and the flat anchorage is made by 40Cr steel. Anchor head include round anchor head and flat anchor head

Anchor Bearing Plate:

Anchor bearing plate is the key component, which transfer the load from anchor head to concrete under anchor. The method of transfer and distribution of stress affect the anti-cracking and load capacity of concrete. Bursting reinforcement used for distributing the concrete. For prevent concrete from crazing, and use the bursting reinforcement for strengthening tendons.

Metal Bellows:

Metal bellows used for post tensionning prestress concrete structure or constructive pore-forming. It can be divided into round and flat by the section shape; divided into standard enhanced by radial stiffness; divided into metal and plastic tubes by materials, and the metal duct can be divided into galvanized and non-galvanized.
