Operation Instruction for Yongshi Curtain Punching Bear:
Step 1: measuring hole pitch ,using the special extend-retracted ruler to locate and draw the cut-off rule.
Step 2: folding the curtain to the shape of N according to the cut-off rule that was made in step 1 and aligning , then use the clamp to fix the curtain
Step 3: drawing a cross at the middle of fixed curtain, which helps to make the hole pitch equal, then put the folded curtain into the fixture
Step 4:aligning the cross and the round hole of the fixture and then fix the fixture
Step 5:start punching: press the fixture with the hand and adjust the electric drill to prograde(clockwise),be careful for work
Step 6:press the fixture with foot and operate as step5.
Step 7:separating the fixture from curtain and spreading the curtain gradually
Step 8:spreading the punched curtain and fasten the rings. the picture is the curtain of 4.5meter
Step 9:fasten the whetstoneon the electric drill to sharpen the toolbit. sharpen the toolbit frequently, then you will punch more beautiful holes
