Introduction:
YH30 embossing machine for prestressed concrete
1. Model: YH30
2. Usage: To bend pc strands make it become flower type(dead end anhcor) for fixing.
3. Matched oil pump: it is work with our YBZ2X2-50A(50Mpa) or YBZ1.5x2-63(53Mpa) electric oil pump.
4. Suitable PC Strands Diameter: 15.24mm, 12.7mm.
5. YH30 embossing machine is the special extruding equipment of making the fixed-end anchorage, mainly used for extruding the fixed-end of Prestressing strands into pear-shaped scattering shape.
6. After replaced the wedge, it can be used for the other specification of steel strands.
7. YH30 type knurling machine is small in size, light, and easy to operate.
8. Our Advantages: We supply full complete set anchor system and equipment for construction, please see following:
A: Mono strand anchor system: 5mm,7mm, 8.0mm, 9.0(9.52mm) anchors for steel wire
B: Multi strand anchor system: 9.52mm, 12.7mm, 12.9mm, 15.24mm, 15.7mm, 21.6mm, 22mm anchors for pc strand.
C: Steel rear anchor system: 16mm, 18mm. 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 28mm, 32mm, ect.
D: Equipemnt: hydraulic jack, oiln pump, metal ducts making machine, pc strand(steel wire) pulling machine, grout pump and mixer, vacuum pump, embosisng machine(bulding jack), extruding machine, ect.
E: Building materials: unbonded pc strand, bonded(bare) pc strand, metal ducts, plastic ducts, steel strip.
