Introduce of Drawing Dies:
The wire drawing die/mould is a kind of mould that can get the shape and size required for the cross-sectional area to reduce the cross-sectional area of metal by pulling metal through the mould under the external forces in metal working process.
The wire drawing die/mould is used widely, for example, high precision wire materials used in electron device, radar, television, instrument and aerospace etc., and common tungsten wire, molybdenum wire, stainless steel wire, electric wire and cable, and various alloy wire . Because of the raw material of wire drawing die/mould adopted the natural diamond or synthetic diamonds, it has good wear resistance with long service life.
The principle of Drawing Dies:
Thick wire inlet: various metal wire;
Die/mould shell: stainless steel material under the general conditions;
Sinter setting: special metal power sintering structure;
Various diamond: natural diamond, man-made synthetic diamond, man-made crystal diamond etc.

Structure of dies:
The hole of the wire drawing dies is made up of four parts:
• Lubricating area of the entry: There is an arc to make the wires enters to the workaround conveniently.
• The workaround: The metals come about plastic deformation while drawing, the cross section of the metals is compressed and reduced.
• Diameter fixed district: to guarantee the size and form accurate and even, lengthen the service life of the die.
• Wire outlet area: wire outlet terminal can prevent scuffing and break-up when the machine is stopped.
Advantages of Drawing Dies:
The surface smoothness is best, and the tension of die/mould and friction
force are minimum in the die/mould materials. It is recommended to make
the finished products die(outlet die), microfilament die and the die
required special brightness the surface of wire.
Applications of Drawing Dies:
This product is suitable for various high quality gold wire, fine tungsten
Molybdenum wire, electromagnetic wire, copper-clad aluminum wire,
silver wire, supper line aluminum wire and other valuable products etc.
